My neck disc C4 and C5 are joint . Facing seviour neck pain , headache and back pain . MRI Report says  "Paraspinal muscular spasm. Central bulge of C4-5 disc mildly indenting thecal sac. No narrowing of neural foramina / compression of nerve roots." What is the solution to cure my pain

4 days ago, I had pain on my left forearm, which now is gone. But now my right fore arm is hurting. Also during night, the pain goes away from my fore arms and my calves start hurting. And in the morning calves not hurting anymore i.e the pain keeps shifting from arms to legs. Dear doctor.. My father was corona positive and was on medications till 23rd may 2021 but now he is good. He is facing pain in hip bone both left and right and finding it difficult to get up and sit down. He has not taken any pain killers for it as he was on medications earlier and was corona positive. This is not a new thing.. This has happened to him in the past also and he took pain killers and homeopathy and got relief. Please suggest if he can take a pain killer as the pain is acute and there is difficulty in sitting and moving. Even if he touches the hip bone it is paining. No injury nothing has happened . There is no previous history of any injury also. Please suggest a pain killer for instant relief. As he was on steroids till 23rd may. Kindly also suggest if it is safe to take pain killers or not. I got by nerve sprain in sleep near to neck on left side. It is been thirty days and since yesterday I can see a swelling on left side near neck..not able to sleep and not able to sudden gestures with head...also can't sleep on pillows straight due to pain on back side of neck ...
