My mother was having neck pain and headache 4days back now her head and neck pain is ok but she is having pain in back, hips, right leg right thigh please help

I pulled my lower back on the right side just above buttocks while lifting, had no pain while it was pulled, I had no swelling or tenderness, had no pain while bending forward and sideways just had spasm while bending sideways towards left side while sitting. I stopped lifting, had occasional spasms while doing certain movements for a few days and then lower back got a little stiff, did MRI and it said no extrusion and no protrusion but mild Annular bulges at L4-L5 and L5-S1 with partial flattening of the thecal sac and a minimal narrowing of the neural foremina but no neural compromise. It's been around a month and I feel almost heald now, lower back just feel a little stiff if I sit for an hour or long. Was it a muscle problem or the bulges caused it?... Should I start working out again?

My mother has severe back pain and headache after getting vaccinated against covid-19. It has been 3 days since she got vaccinated, still the pain is severe. Can she take pain killer? We are worried if the pain lasts long. Please suggest.

I have pain in upper chest and under left shoulder blade and under my left arm. Shoulder blade side pain only very uncomfortable and breathlessness also most of the time. I have done echo ecg even did CT for cervical spondylitis but tests were normal consulted neurologist he examined and tell me it might be fibromyalgia and prescribed some Medicines but tablets gives me sleep So I stopped taking pls suggest what to do ?

What if your crp is positive and esr is 76? What could be the problem ? Is it arthritis ? Or there is some infection.

I had a 5th metatersal base fracture and had  fiber cast for six weeks and it's been over a week now since the cast is removed. I bone where i had fracture doesn't hurt but i have swelling near my ankle and on the other side aswell which creates difficulty in walking and my heel pains as if i have walked 10kms. I am currently talking a medicine called shelcal for calcuim and vitamin d3. Can you please help me out here.

I am the disabled person. I have polio issue in my left leg. Now a days a problem faced to me frequently that my both leg heels are paining when i woke up in the morning and again start in the evening. Even when i standing more than 10 mins. my both leg got tiredness. Day by day i feel i become weak. Please suggest. Thank you.

I have a feeling of heaviness in my right leg. My right leg gets too tired after walking and even muscle in right leg get cramps very often. My ankle nerve sometimes irritates me. Everything gets better by rest but i want to know if there is something going on with my body. I was low on vitamin d and b12 where it all started but now I have taken supplement for both of it but the irritation is still there. What should I do now? I can't feel much pain but i get some pain here and there only affecting my right leg.
