I am 22 years old and my leg shape are different leg are like knock knees not so mch problem I move normal but I feel uncomfortable in front of others when I wear jeans .And no other problem in my body pllZ tell exercise help me.or any other option for correcting my legs .and what was the reason for this type of legs

The reasons can be many- vitamin D deficiency being the most common one during childhood.
There are no exercises or medications to correct this deformity at this age. The only way to correct is through surgery.
