Leg shape.
Hii sir I am 22 years old and my leg shape are different leg are like knock knees not so mch problem I move normal but I feel uncomfortable in front of others when I wear jeans .And no other problem in my body pllZ tell exercise help me.or any other option for correcting my legs .and what was the reason for this type of legs

The reasons can be many- vitamin D deficiency being the most common one during childhood. There are no exercises or medications to correct this deformity at this age. The only way to correct is through surgery.
Next Steps
If it is only bothering you cosmetically, try to ignore for now as any surgery has potential risks associated with them. If it's bothering you too much, get a consultation.

At this age, the bones are usually fully developed. You need further assessment to understand the severity of deformity. We need to know if there is any bony angulation as well.
Next Steps
If the deformity is significant,  you may require to undergo surgical correction. You will need X ray Scanogram of both lower limbs AP view to know the deformity.  Pls get it done.
