Bone & Muscle problems

My one leg is arched & now I have difficulty in walking fast or normal pace.I walk very slow. It is also difficult for me to sudden wake up from bed or using stairs.i use flat footwear.Can I treat this with exercise.Will my situation improve...please suggest if massage/exercise will help

My daughter's leg finger fracture about 7months ago. She took right treatment that time. But when she wears sandals, hills her finger swellings till now. So this is a critical or normal condition.

Had injury of right shoulder two months back coz there is still small pain in right arm did MRI as instructed by my Orthopedic. Attaching herewith is this fracture?

I have joint pain in my right leg of last one week and I personally go for vitamin d test and I get my report with the result of 25 ng/ml.so this is normal or any problem plz give me suggesion.and plz check my report.tq

I play football and sometimes I hurt my groin but I would recover within a month of rest everytime...but this time I hurt my groin(right side) 4 months ago and I still have the recovered, I get sharp pain through sudden movements, sometimes pain near my butt, I tried resting and stretching but it doesn't seems to work...what should I do? which type is doctor should I visit?

Generally pain is not there but whenever i start brist walking my left knee hurts. My left leg is also slightly turned towards left. I can notice this while walking.

I get a fracture in my left wrist by an accident at 9 Feb 21. So there was my hand in cast for 50 days approx. At 19 March i fall from stairs and that hand get again fracture on same point which was broken. I get splint Brace at it. Now i wanted to ask why it not repair as fast as before. It's too slow . Doctor says 45 days my hand in brace. Is that serious condition , Will it affect my life in future Plz reply me here. Don't ask n say for personal consultation please!!! It's a minor fracture smaller than a piece of dry coriander

What is the difference between staying hand folded close to chest and leaving it free for free movement elbow for the wrist fracture. Does staying hand at heart level increase recovery rate of bone fracture . If yes then If i leave and free and movable condition then how many days it will delay from staying at one position. I hope you understand this. And please doctors answer here only. Plz don't say for personal consultation
