Hi,
I have been facing pain in middle back from a month, please let me know what could be the reason and how do I overcome it.
I have had calcium n vitamin d3 capsules as well from past 30 days and it still didn't help me.
I tried working out but the pain got worse.
I'm not able to avoid sitting on desk, work from home or household chores.
What do I do?

Correct your posture while sitting.
Do not twist, bend forward or lift heavy weights.
Apply warm water bags.
Apply pain relief spray.
Start mild strengthening exercises once pain reduces a little.
Most of mid back pain are usually fatigue type of pain, it goes away with specific back extension exercise s. 2 weeks to be done daily, it should settle
