Hi doctor I had undergone c-section on 8 Apr,this is my second baby. First one was also c-section.  I'm breastfeeding. by sitting for sometime guess, in same posture I'm getting pain in lower back i.e tail bone. Suddenly if I move, i feel some disc is slipping. And from few days I'm facing pain in right side hip bone.i.e..right bum. If I lie down straight, I'm unable to lift my right leg...there is pain in my right hip bone. Pls suggest on tips to solve this problem. Thank you

Mostly SI joint pain. Easy to treat. Consult me online through video consultation for detailed history, examination and clinical tests for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Pain in lower back and buttocks can be a sign of nerve compression in the lower back but needs to be confirmed with typical history and examination findings. Tail bone pain is a different issue altogether and has to be managed separately.
Next Steps
Get a consultation to diagnose the problem. Till then, Use a Lumbosacral brace for back support. Use a Doughnut cushion while sitting for tailbone pain. Apply warm water bags. Apply pain relief spray. Video consult with me if pain is too severe.
