I have undergone Wrist Distal Radius orif 2 months back. 1. What is the minimum period I have to wait for removing my metal plate, since I don't want to have metal inside me. 2. If the metal is removed, will the screws holes heal naturally, how long does the holes take to fill? Right now I have 8 screws and a plate

Hi, I am unable to sleep comfortable in night, daily mrng j am waking up with back pain n side pain. I am unable to sleep in  flat position. Only right or left side I am able to sleep, for long hrs this is also causing pain. I had c section in October 2020 taken epidural that time.please help. I am unable to take pain every morning

Hi Doctor, My knees pain a lot even at this age, it becomes stiff while I walk. The pain is worse is winters or when I walk bare foot on tiles/marble. It cracks a lot, whenever I walk my knees are usually locked until it cracks. And when it cracks it pains. It is a concern because I am 26 and this is happening now, how should I make this better so that it does not become worse at older age.

Hi, I am suffering from Heel pain after I accidentally stamped on some object like pencil sharpener that my daughter had left below the door mat. After that my heel pains a lot as soon as I get up aftee sleeping or sittin. Keeping ice gel pack , but not much help. Also wearing slippers at home as well.
