Heavyness in right leg
I have a feeling of heaviness in my right leg. My right leg gets too tired after walking and even muscle in right leg get cramps very often. My ankle nerve sometimes irritates me. Everything gets better by rest but i want to know if there is something going on with my body. I was low on vitamin d and b12 where it all started but now I have taken supplement for both of it but the irritation is still there. What should I do now? I can't feel much pain but i get some pain here and there only affecting my right leg.

You need to keep yourself adequately hydrated. Cramps are a sign of dehydration or loss of electrolytes. It can also be due to deficient venous blood flow or due to prolonged standing or walking.
Next Steps
Get a consultation for detailed discussion about your condition, so that  relevant investigations can be ordered to pinpoint the exact cause.
