Bone & Muscle problems

My father is having diabetes sugar (age 76), he also having right leg pain. Earlier he had small hole in foot which took almost one year to close with different medication. Now he has ankle and foot swelling issue with heavy pain, so that barely he could walk. We tried naturopathy allopathy english medicine everything. Nothing is working out. Please suggest what to do and how to cure?

I hugged my 64 yr mother too tightly while getting her down from a rickshaw.. That time she felt pain in the left side of her back.. We applied heat pad.. At night the pain got worst.. And it has been 2 days, the pain is spreading to her entire left chest.. Under the left breast..  It pains when she moves or takes deep breathing.. I also applied anti inflamatory gel but it only increased the pain.. Is it broken ribs or muscular pain? Should I be worried? Please help

Sir I had vitamin d deficiency my blood level of d3 was 6ng so my doctor gave me to take lumia 60k iu for 8 weeks after that my vitamin d level became 78ng but now after two months iam getting all the symptoms back like fatigue,nose blockage sinus problem,forgetfulnessand heart beating fast sometimes.Is it possible for my vitamin d level to drop again?

From the past few months i am suffeting from extreme leg pain o when i sm going to take rest (afternoon and night after lying down,) what is it?

Sir i hv been suffering from groin pain in my left leg for 2.5 mnths it also effecting my lower back nd sometime swelling on left leg nd when i sit somewhere around 30 min i feel sensation on my gluts i hv consulted with nuero surgen he discharged me by giving one multi vitamin tonic nd same with govt. Doct of orthopaedic surgeon i hv also taken physiotherapy it gave me relief for 1.5weeks but again the pain started now plz help me i hv my exAm Near by but with this pain I'm unable to concentrate on my studies as well as in physical activity.
