Backbone pain
Hello sir, yesterday i lied down in a wierd position for too long in sofa.and after getting up i got a spine pain.the pain increased gradually in the night to such an extent that any wrong movement during walking ,sitting gives me sharp pain in my spine.please help sir

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. The pain is due to muscle spasm caused by overuse/ improper posture/ inadequate back support.
Next Steps
Use Lumbosacral brace for back support. Apply warm water bags. Apply pain relief spray. Do not bend forward or lift heavy weights. Take Tab Flexon MR 2 times a day after food for 3 days. Video consult with me if you have any further questions or if problem continues even following this advice.

You may have a muscle spasm/ facet lock due to improper position
