Without proper warm up, I started my yoga routine, doing few strong backbends. My back must have gotten tender, ignoring which I did pawanmukatasan, experiencing deep pain where the backbone bends. I stopped but only after two repetitions. Now I have swelling and it pains whenever touched. Kindly help!

Plz get uer self check by orthopaedic. It may be muscle tear . Meanwhile u can do cold packs
