Backbone pain and stomach gas problems
Pain for last three years. Entire back side pain, particularly middle of the backbone. Problems arise all the time. Mainly when i wake up from sleep it increases. I also have stomach gas problems all the time. Please help me to get rid of these problems.

Tk medication of gastric issue. Stretching exercises and avoid computer work and posture corrections must. Hot fermentation twice a day
