Was playing volleyball and then hit the ball a pain get started in shoulder. Now a pinning pain is there on rotating the shoulder.

I have a foot pain continuously from last 3 months. Not sure why that coming continuously.. Can you please advise?

I was administered with Medrol 40MG in every 6 hours through IV for around 20 days in september 2020 for covid treatment in Hospital. Recently I my MRI shows bilateral AVN HIP 2nd stage. Can you please advise if steroid use for such low duration can induce AVN ? I dont smoke, usually take alcohol twice a week around 180 ML each day. I am looking for non invasive treatment is there any ?

My wife is complaining about calf muscle pain in both legs since 1 month and there is some swelling in ankle also. Normally doing regular work at home and during rest also the pain continues. After taking hifenac p 1 tab she is feeling relax but next day it remain same. So kindly advise for a permanent solution
