Pain in back side of feet and heel
I am having severe pain on the extreme back side of the both feet and sides of the heel while walking it hurts a lot. What should be done, any any medications or exercises.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Pain might be due to Achilles tendinitis or retrocalcaneal bursitis.
Next Steps
Use shoes with soft sole and counter and heel raise with arch support. Apply Ice pack followed by pain relief spray 3 times a day . Take Tab Signoflam twice a day after food for 3 days. Perform Calf muscle strengthening exercises. Consult if problem continues even after following this advice.

It can be retrocalcaneal bursitis. Get an x-ray calcaneum ap and lateral done. Silicon in soles or heel cups (silicon) Hot and cold fomentation simultaneously. Take some anti-inflammatory medications.

Put feet in hot water for 2 min and then cold water for 3 min Fascia stretching exercises Silicone sole Toe walking in morning. Tab paracetamol for pain Consult if no relief
