Take rest. Use Lumbosacral brace for support. Apply pain relief spray. Do not bend forward. Can start strengthening exercises of the back once pain reduces.

Get an x-ray DLS spine Ap and lateral done. Hot packs Take some muscle relaxant. Voveron gel locally. Physiotherapist- do lumbar extension exercises. IFT and hot packs.

Looks like spinal arthritis is developing. Keep fit by doing regular exercises and meditation Back strengthening and relaxation exercises. Sos painkillers Consult if problem persists.
