She is a breastfeeding woman and has a caesarean child of age 1.6 years. Pain relief gels are giving relief for a lesser time. She has not any medical history and allergy.

The pain is due to muscle spasm caused by overuse/ improper posture/ weak back muscles/ inadequate back support.
Next Steps
Use a Lumbosacral brace for back support.
Apply warm water bags.
Apply pain relief spray.
Do not bend forward or lift heavy weights.
Can start strengthening exercises of the back once pain reduces.
