Acute information which gets better with
Hi Doctors, I am taking medication for low b12. My b12 is 200. From last 3 months I was having tingling sensation in my leg but now whenever I walk or do leg exercise my right leg gets warm and feels slight inflammation. I don't feel any bone pain of any sort but only acute information in my right leg every now and then. It's not painful but I was wondering should I do thorough checkup or should I rest my leg to feel better.

Information is not clear. Leg means the part between the knee and the foot. If you have no pain, there's nothing to worry about. Pain is the only indicator which should make you go for a check up. Another alarming sign is swelling. If you notice any kind of swelling in the leg, please for an examination. Inflammation is often associated with pain. You cannot have inflammation and not have pain. If it's just redness, it should go away with rest or with the limbs in elevation for a while. Also try applying ice
Next Steps
go for an examination if you have pain
