Knee injury
I am a college going student. While playing cricket i slipped and my knee had a swelling for 4-5 days. I couldn't move. I took myospazm and massage with himalaya oil. After 7-8 days it got recovered. This all happened in January 2021. This pain was not there for few months. Bt then in recent time i am feeling pain in my knees. Wenver i sit on bending my knees. Or sleep.
