Hi suffering from back pain consulted orthopaedic . Had MRI which revealed herniated disk in lower back without any compression to nerves. I am on medication from last 2 months but still my pack pain is not going away. Sometimes i feel pain in lower back and sometime in upper back. But pain is constant never goes away
How ill get rid of this pain plzzz help

People with prolonged sitting job are bound to have lower back pain in view of poor posture, lack of exercises and poor nutrition( probably your case)
If your back pain doesn't go down the leg and heel and doesn't create much trouble while walking, you can very well be managed on exercises and medicines, regardless of what MRI has to say.
If however the symptoms are as said above, i need to see your MRI films to guide you further.

Unless there is a leg pain you do not need any surgical intervention.
For pain continue hot fomentation and local analgesic ointments.
Eventually back strengthing exercises will completely relieve the pain.
