Herniated disc

Last 8 months I had lower back pain and continue tingling in my left leg therefore I consult doctor and he suggested me to about MRI. And MRI impression is Posterior and left paracentral herniated of L5 - S1 intervertebral disc causing mild compression over left exiting nerve root (more on left side) and left traversing nerve root in nerve root. Can it be treated without surgery?

Hello there we understand your problem and it is so unfortunate. That you had to endure this in such a young age. This is obvious that you're having backache and sensation in the legs because the beverages are involved so medications won't be enough but also physiotherapy is needed for.improvement. Thank you
