Herniated disk
I lifted 60 kgs off the ground ,and experienced a sudden and sharp pain in Lower back .I was in squat position but my back was round. Since then I have tried hamstring stretch and I have experienced no pain. No pain on touching the discs  or surrounding muscles as well. What are the chances of me acquiring herniated disc . I tried that test as well ( passive lift of leg) and that was negatively.

U might have torn ur annulus fibrousis of your disc....this sudden pain may progress and u may experience back spasm ... Avoid lifting heavy weight or bending forward ...this may very well be herniated disk..... initial stage
Next Steps
need to see a orthopedic surgeon ..u can apply ice to the back ...but thats a temporary measure ....needs physical examination and neurological evaluation of the lower limbs to rule out nerve or spinal compression
Health Tips
see If u have radiation of pain to legs..groin ...or see If u have lost urine  bowel control...see If u have weakness in legs...
