Hello I am suraj from bangalore, I had sciatica past 4 months, thought was not serious but when the pain got intense visited ortho surgeon, he said i had herniated disk and needed surgery . I am 19 years of age , i can lift my leg more than 60 degree . i have no trouble walking or standing except sitting do i need surgery
