Sciatica pain related questions
Hi, I was diagnosed with chronic sciatica 2 years back and I used medicine and undergone physiotherapy sessions as well. It was better. But from last one month it is very severe again. Currently I am unable to sit, stand or sleep with sciatica pain. I am having very severe pain in my right leg from hip to fingers. I am unable to sleep with that in any position no matter how I try to sit or sleep. I am unable to keepy foot down and walk properly. To reduce the sensation of pain I am trying a long banf kind of thing from top to bottom of my leg very tight so that it relieve pain and I am able to sleep. So could you please suggest some belt to relieve this pain. A belt that supports lower back and hip where the pain is starting from should work
