Sciatica pain
Hello I'm 50yrs old and having pain from foot to spine in right leg. Sometimes it's severe Sometimes does feel it. It was not that bad several months ago but for couple of weeks it's too much pain. Any suggestions or medicine Thank you .

Based on your history- You have right sided radiating pain ( Sciatica) where there should be some nerve irritation or Nerve compression in the lower back . Approach- Clinically if there is no weakness or no red flag signs Can start with medications, If medications doesn't help then need to get an xray and MRI of LS spine to know what exactly is the pathology Based on the finidngs treatment depends Treatment varies  from medical management- Injection treatment- Surgery
