Pain in left shoulder blade
During wrestling my sparring partner pushed me to the ground with his entire body weight on me I fell on the the area above the left shoulder blade. This incident happened 2 days ago and on that day .I couldn't lift my head up as if I was feeling severe pain today I can lift my neck today as well as rotate my arm. But when I rotate my arm while keeping it close to my body I still feel pain. What can I do to speed up my recovery? Thank you and we are grateful for your services during these trying times. .
