Pain on shoulder blade & head
2 year before i used to do exercise daily with 15kg weight.one day at night when i go to sleep i feel like any veins in my chest is blown and feeling dizz. Then my platelets go down around 100k for 3 months after that now 190k then i diagnosed with hypothyroidism. my tsh level is normal now but i have mild swelling on my left chest & left shoulder blade doctors done many test on me like echo 2 times,TMT,Mri(brain,whole spine),ct chest,ct neck, endoscopy,usg abdomen these test are normal ecg- mild left axis deviation cbc-MPV always high i periodically get pain on my left side of head, tight neck,and left shoulder blade pain. pain on head is like pressure & on nose also. pain always comes when i lie down or use a chair's back support now i think i injured my heart or my muscles of chest I also been treated for anxiety for 8 months but nothing works on me .All doctors doing experiments on me but no one knows root cause of this . they all giving me meds for unknown problem

Considering all your tests have come normal, you have neck muscle spasm and trapezitis. The treatment is physiotherapy (neck exercise, periscapular exercise, modalities), ice pack application on the tight muscles, volini gel application and if required muscle relaxant such as myospaz forte.
