Swelling & pain left shoulder blade
2 year before i used to do exercise daily with 15kg weight.one day at night when i go to sleep i feel like any veins in my chest is blown and feeling dizz. Then my platelets go down around 100k for 3 months after that now 190k Then i diagnosed with hypothyroidism. my tsh level is normal now doctors done many test on me like echo 2 times,TMT,Mri(brain,whole spine),ct chest,ct neck, endoscopy,usg abdomen these test are normal But I am not sure doctors saw my images of mri & ct scans properly  they always in a hurry. they only want to see reports ecg- mild left axis deviation Swelling  - left chest , left shoulder blade Pain- left side(armpit, arround shoulder blade,left temple of head) cbc-MPV always high i periodically get pain on my left side of head, & front neck and left shoulder blade pain. pain on head is like pressure and pressure on nose also. pain always comes when i lie down or use a chair's back support now i think i injured my heart or my muscles
