My leg pain started on 22 April .there was little leg pain and numbness in the leg .then I got completly well on 28 April .no pain and all.
But again on 15 may the pain started. But this time there is no numbness in the leg only a little bit of pain in the calf region of right leg . But this time it's very less but there is a little pain till now .so what to do .
Note -i does exercise also.
But if you can recommend some better exercises.

Add walking/ jogging as per tolerable limit.
