Bone fracture
I had a bone fracture in my ankle it's been 2 months pain is still there however now I am able to walk properly but too much strain On the leg is painful.could you tell me some exercise after casting is removed I removed casting on 30th April I m still not able to give stress on my front foot more

Consult your primary ortho doctor whether you can start full weight bearing?? Send x-rays. Hot fomentation. Do ankle and toes movement exercises. Use some support like walker or stick for few days.

Do ankle toe movements sitting position back against the wall and legs straight - take the foot toward you - away from you - curling of the toes - pick up marbles using toes - crumble paper / soft towel with toes
