Can I use for Mahavishgarbha tail oil for sciatica pain and apply this oil  from buttocks till to foot for pain.how many days I can apply this .any suggestions in this

My mother has rheumatoid since the last five years and so. Since the last month,she has been taking giloy juice but ever since then her rheumatoid pain has increased a lot. I dnt knw if it is coz of giloy but it has increased only since the last month,she was improving before. Should it be continued?? Also if someone has IBS , should he tk giloy on empty stomach?please reply.

डाक्टर साहब, जब मैं बैठ के/सो कर  के उठता हूँ, तो घुटनों के आस पास से चट चट की आवाज़ आती है (जैसे उंगलयों के चटकने की आवाज़ आती है ), फिर थोड़ी देर बाद ठीक हो जाती है l (8 महीनों से ) मेरे घुटनों में कोई दर्द नहीं है, ना ही कोई बीमारी है l कैल्शियम भी कई बार चेक कराया है, बिल्कुल ठीक है l I don't have constipation.l  प्रतिदिन 25 बार सूर्यनमस्कार, और साथ में प्राणायाम भी करता हूँ  (कुल 1 घंटे /प्रतिदिन ) कृपया दवा बताइये..

Hello, I am attaching report and I have thyroid problem and i am taking 50mg tablet from last 1 year. Now Dr. Suggested me increase the dose. I am little bit worries about it and vitamin D is 23. I am doing yoga from last 1 and half month specially for thyoird but nothing happened and have started taken some Ayurvedic medicine for thyoird along with that tablets. Ple SWase suggest

I am suffering from right side upper chest pain from last more then 15 days... I did all the test all normal chest X-ray normal ecg normal taken pain killer and other muscle relaxer.. Nowadays taking physiotherapy but it work sometime sometime not... Pain high and low change intensity, I don't know what it is if I take pain killer it go down ...it start ever days mostly in afternoon and raise till night...
