I am having shoulder pain and unable to lift my arm. Also I am having hip pain during extertion. What is the best ayurvedic medicine or oil for this joint pain?

Advise me vata plus pitta Dasha correcting diet... As my nadi vaid diagnosed, that I am having vata and pitta dosha in my body...
