Substitute of milk in acid reflux?
I am suffering from acid reflux. I am taking medicines and eating balanced diet. Everything is going well but I am facing one problem with milk. Sometimes(not everytime) after drinking milk i feel sore throat and feel like burp but burp doesn't come and it makes me feel like nausea for few minutes. Sometimes i feel heavy after drinking it.I don't face these kind of problems with butter and Paneer. Sometimes(not everytime) i add chia seeds and grinded pumpkin seeds, makhana and muskmelon seeds into milk. Should i stop taking it this way? I can't have soya milk or almond milk due to kidney stone. So my question is what is the best substitute of milk( especially in terms of calcium)?

Hello, Some people have lactose intolerance which is a protein present in the milk. So you should stop taking milk and you can use curd which is a natural probiotic and add black salt and cumin powder to it for better digestive system and is a very good source of calcium .
