My sister age 30, with diabetes history, having hair fall since one month. Please provide remedy for hairfall

Last week on 22july I got foodposion and this week severe constipation unable to bear the pain and added to that I'm seeing clots of blood and watery blood Can I take triphalachurnam for this ? Its like I have urge to go to stool but at the moment I have to struggle first one to come out as it is very hard stool once that comes next stool is okay but I can see Peebles of hard stool in between I can see blood and feel very painful to start the first one to come out Kindly help me

My mom had a pimple like painful projection appeared on her left leg sole 2 days before.Its very painful to walk. She also had similar thing few months before but it disappeared once she immersed her feet in hot salt water. Now again this appeared.
