Why my headache and head pressure triggers on top my head while I practise kapalbhati pranayam.i have had severe headache with head pressure while reading ,then I had my eye test.my right eye is -1.0 and left eye is -0.5.but after wearing the glass also I am facing a severe pressure on top of my head.i was practicing pranayam for betterment but yesterday I realized that I am facing the sudden pressure while doing kapalbhati.

Can I take Ashwagandha tablet with homeopathic medicine for inflammation if yes than which brand should I take as there are many fake one in market ??

I had a small (2mm) concretion detected in right kidney 3 months back in u/s. I have been taking homeopathic medicine since then. Earlier there was always a dull pain at the right kidney side. Now that dull pain has become on and off. Sometimes it comes and then goes away. I am not sure if the stone had passed and whether pain is due to new ones or old one.
