I hv simple Epidymis cyst Doctor advised me not to use any meds But I want to heal it completely But after seeing baba ramdevs videos I am taking kanchnar guggul once a day Is it right Suggest any other measure

I am taking Baidnath  Kanchnar guggul tabet, but most of tab are big in size which many times causes choking, is there any other way to take it can I break it in powder from or take broke small part with water.
