Headache triggers on top of my head
Why my headache and head pressure triggers on top my head while I practise kapalbhati pranayam.i have had severe headache with head pressure while reading ,then I had my eye test.my right eye is -1.0 and left eye is -0.5.but after wearing the glass also I am facing a severe pressure on top of my head.i was practicing pranayam for betterment but yesterday I realized that I am facing the sudden pressure while doing kapalbhati.

Hello dear, might be kapalbati is not suiting ur body or there can be sm flaw in practicing. Avoid that n instead do simple breathing exercises like Anulom vilom
