Frequent Headaches
I sleep with mild headache and I wakes up with headache. Since 3 days I am having headache it comes and goes mostly it appears after lunch I have gas problem as well please suggest me something as I suffer more than 3 days in a week with headaches. I have 9-5 sitting job.

The headache may be due to different reasons the reasons in your case may be due to the heavy workload And because of the untimely food habit and the bad food habits For correction of the symptoms that is headache along with medicines even the root cause should be identified so that it can be eliminated from the root Take proper breaks in between the working pattern Follow regular eye exercises Do meditate as soon you get up in the morning and just before bedtime Massage with luke warm coconut oil to your both the foot just before sleeping Soak 1 teaspoon of coriander seed powder in 1 glass of hot water overnight and drink it on empty stomach next morning

Need to know more about your headache. Like it's symptoms whether u have eyesight issues. Headache maybe of many reasons. Do u get vomiting sensation? Headache may be due to stress at workplace improper sleep quality. Also migraine maybe the issue. Whether your headache worsens with loud sound and due to feel black spots before your headache starts. Also sinusitis maybe the issue. So with proper diagnosis we can suggest medicine. Its need proper Ayurvedic treatment, mostly due to Pitta , If this problem is not treated properly, it will cause most hair problems because Pitta causes hair problems, so kindly take proper treatment with proper  consultation to doctor
