I feel Dizziness, felling like fainting, weakness, difficulty breathing and body pain.Also nerves on on wrist are visible. All blood reports are normal. Taken alopathic medicine for 10 days but no relief Please advise

Hi, i am planning to use rosemary oil for my hair loss, i want to know if before applying oil in night i should clean/wash my scalp first, or i can apply directly on scalp which i washed some 30 hours ago.

My mom has high grade ACL tear , the doctor has told her to do surgery but since surgery can be risky we opted for ayurvedic, there is this ayurvedic doctor who gives us a lape to apply on the knee and below the knee and also some oil. He is very famous as well. My question is is it possible to heal ACL through ayurveda.

I have suffered from steroid induced skin atrophy.is there is any treatment in ayurved.can skin atrophy recovers completely

I'm having black spots in my skin from many years I thought it's sun burn but it's not I feel So any home remedy for this

Hi Sir/Madam Today I am going to USG abdominal as a routine check up. And observation is grade 1 fatty liver.as sonography dr told its shown very minimal fat no cause of concern. Also 2 month back i have check lft And values are:- Total bilirubin:-0.8 Direct bilirubin:-0.3 Indirect bilirubin:-0.5 Total protein :-6.7 Albumin:-3.6 Globulin:-3.1 A/G ration:-1.16 SGOT:-21.2 SGPT:-19.0 Alkaline possphaste:-80.3 And also please find attached sonography report.Is there any problem. My height is 174 and weight is 79. Previously before 3 month i was drink lots and ate outside food daily.but after lockdown i have not take that much of drink only drink once in a week. Also exercise daily 45 min and then walking 10 km daily and play badminton.and taking home made food. Please suggest me some medicine. Thank you.

I have serious dandruff problem since last 4 year, The head is very itchy and dandruff comes out, Has been shaved my head about 50 times in the last 4 years so far but  no solution till now ?

My mother is having pain in knee joints, she is not able to walk properly now... She have problem in standing up... X-ray shows all ok, just swelling... but due to her age her knee joints are paining a lot... i want ayurvedic treatment as allopathic treatment gives her side effect... I want to consult now... i am myself buying her Himalaya Hadjod and finding similar things...
