Last week on 22july I got foodposion and this week severe constipation unable to bear the pain and added to that I'm seeing clots of blood and watery blood Can I take triphalachurnam for this ? My mom had a pimple like painful projection appeared on her left leg sole 2 days before.Its very painful to walk.
