How to consume honey in food and daily routine, what are the  benefits of honey,can u tell suggest me.

Is This is good for cough shown in picture, taking daily in morning and evening and any home remedies to reduce getting cough In throat.

I am taking baidyanath  brahmi vati 1 tab 2bid and dimag paushtik rasayan 1tab 2bid. Himalaya Ashwagandha tablet 2 tab 2bid. At bed time himalaya  triphala 4 tab with issabgol. But not compete motion at morning bloating occur two much. And after morning meal while body pain like bloating and stomach and hand burning. Kindly suggest which wrong medicine i am taking.

I am having dull pain above belly button. Did Upper GI endoscopy. Everything came normal. Doctor suspect mild Colitis. Usually I feel only dull pain every now and then. If I am busy with activities ai don't feel discomfort. But when alone and stressed I feel  pain and discomfort and get scary. Apart from these I don't have other issues. Can it be treated permanently? Dull pain has very irritating sometimes. Please help.

Daily just Woking up and itching right side nose and ear.. Sneezing for 10 to 15 times. And with this loosing nerves control right side from head to right led also.. Nerves getting weekness.. With frequently sneezing.. Please advice me good ayurveda medicine.
