Hello sir/mam i feel weakness in my body all the time and not able to do work with  concentration i dont know what problem i have i m facing this problem from 5/6 years when i take medicines i feel better but after sometime again i feel weakness tired in body suggest me medicines to cure it properly is it depression symptoms feeling weakness tiredness without any hard work... may i take bramhi vati tablet+ashwagandha+ saarswatarishtha syp for this problem please suggest me or i need any other medicines...

I have hypothyroidism and on eltroxin 100mg for last 16yrs. Ht. 5.6 inch, wt. 74kg. From last more than 2mths continue nasal congestion and white mucus coming out. No other symptoms. But now irritated with conti blowing nose and white mucus coming out. What is the issue. I had taken some allergy related tablets for some days but no permanent relief. My colleague has advised Anu tailam for this issue. Let me know is it safe and will it give me relief and how to use

Taking 1 giloy vati+ 1 Bresol tablet in morning and 1 septillin+ 1 Bresol tablet in evening since last 4-5 days. Should I continue it or take 2 tablets of Bresol? Can I take vasavaleha?
