Hi doctor Just want to check if there is any side effect of kadha.i used to have milk turmeric daily but it didn't suit my body and my stomach used to get upset so I left having it. If there isn't any side effect of kadha ,could you please suggest how shud i make it and how much should I consume in a day? Thanks in advance
