Can Himalaya Giloy  can be.       taken  to.          boost.             immunity..       . How to it.

My son is 5 month old and he is getting a frequent cough and cold. As of now we cannot go out to consult a doctor due to the Covid - 19 lockdown situation. I also prefer home remedy rather than the medicine. So I would like to know whether I can give ajwain water to him which is considered as good for cough and cold. How much quantity can I give him and how could it be administered?

Hi, I have an allergy for many years now My symptoms are runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, so every time it happens I just take 1 tablet of motekulast at night and next day I am fine. so on average I take 3-4 tablets a month so, I am trying to get some permanent solution for this allergy issue. One doctor suggested me 1.yashtimadhu vati tab, 2.sitopaladi churna, 3.haridra khand churna for 15 days Would these above 3 be permanent solution? please help

Iam getting dry cough and some time wet cough also from long time,first i visited doctor he told liver infection prescribed  tablets and syrup and nebulization and injection (English medicine), I taken tablets and it not came control after taking tablets ,if I take tablets it will be in moderate level control and again repeats after completion of taking medicine, then I visited Ayurvedic doctor he prescribed medicine, which is mentioned in picture. After taking these medicine will came into control dry cough reduced after some time Again dry cough is Increased. ayurvedic medicine which I taking is completed now. Whether to continue medicine,what to do doctor. History:-(I had smoking a habbit and I quit smoking one year before).

I am taking baidyanath  brahmi vati 1 tab 2bid and dimag paushtik rasayan 1tab 2bid. Himalaya Ashwagandha tablet 2 tab 2bid. At bed time himalaya  triphala 4 tab with issabgol. But not compete motion at morning bloating occur two much. And after morning meal while body pain like bloating and stomach and hand burning. Kindly suggest which wrong medicine i am taking.

She has diabetes.. so she can take giloy ghanvati daily  in this corona ? She takes diabetes tablet regular.
