I have upper abdomen heavyness after night meal. I have only some help after using arogyavardhani vati 2-2tab after meal. At night dulcoflex  tablet. Can i take liverex syrup with or will it help with arogyavardhani vati. Will it help or kumaryasav will help. I have shown many allopathy doctor not help.
