Hello Doctor!
I have been infected in Oct 2019 near the buttocks region and I have used some antibiotics and homeo medicine for cure. Now again a sort of tear or hole has been formed between the buttocks line( as in the image attached).
1.Can you please suggest if diet can help in healing and
2.y this infection is affecting again near the same region?

Its looking like pilonidal sinus, through medication it will take time and recurrence may occur.

Your problem could be fistula in ano or pilonidal sinus which is known as bhagandar in ayurveda.
If not properly treated, recurrence rate is high. Kshar sutra is best treatment for this problem even in comparison to modern science.
Only with diet and medicine it is not going to cure.
