Are there any remedies/ medication for Piles and blood in stool in Ayurveda? Any medication for acidity?

I am suffering from gas and acidity. From last two days i am suffering from shortness of breath due to gas in my chest and gas is also not passing out. When i lay down in my bed than breathing problem decreases and i feel better. Please tell me any home remedy which will quickly help in my gas and breathing (both) problems.(until i get my medicine on monday)

Is gustatory sweating cureable in ayurveda. Means sweating heavily from scalp while eating even in air conditioned environment I am having this condition from past 7-8 yrs . Read somewhere that its frey syndrome.

Itching starts as soon as I come in heated environment and rashes and red dots all over the body with itching on scalp too

Can I take brahmi(bacopa) capsules to help me with long study hours. Are there any side effects? I have been told it helps prove alertness.

I have some heart palpitation and causing anxiety or vise verse. This is happening only after lockdown. I also have some acidity / indigestion issue. i have some weird feeling in my chest and checked pulse, oxygen level and bp, everything seems to be normal. Please help me to get out of this I'm having some unusuaL feeling and should overcome this. Due to this I cannot sleep at nights. Please help me. Note: before lockdown I didn't have any such issues.

Hi I have started applying mixture of rosemary, lavender, tea tree, peppermint essential oil diluted under jojoba oil for hair nourishment for to counter hair loss, can i apply this on face for good beard as well or will it cause any harm. Thanks in advance.

What is good sleeping posture for sciatica,  which reduces the pain during sleeping in bed. Can I follow the sleeping posture given in the picture? Ur suggestion for this.
