My doctor suggest me bramhi vati tab. and saaraswatarishtha syrup for depression,anxiety,fear,feeling nervous,increasing memory power problem. when i purchase it medical store owner gives me bramhi vati tablet budhdhiwardhak shankhpushpi and vacha yukta so my question is that bramhi vati budhdhivardhak tablets are works for depression,anxiety problem...??

Hello, This is Vishnu,26 years old. I was diagnosed with typhoid 6 months ago. Since recovery my body temperature dips down below normal sometimes. I am having a low body temperature of 95.7 .Is it normal or concerning ? Am so low on carbs now a days and have been following a balanced diet with balanced amounts of carbs protein and healthy fats. I drink around 2 to 3 litre of water per day What might be the reason for this and how can I maintain a normal body temperature with any home remedies or medication? Thanks,

Sir I want to how to take ashwagandha powder as I have mild cholesterol I avoid taking milk. Can I mix it in my lunch such as in Dal etc. And which form is better powder or capsules. And can I take ashwagandha and shilajit together or one at a time. Is it ok to consume Shilajit capsules or it should be taken in liquid form .pantanjali product is good or I should take some other brand. Please advise me
