Osteoporosis.                                                                               back pain

My friend aged 19 M. Is suffering from insomnia from 2-3 months. His mind was disturbed and he had hypertension and stress. Pls suggest any herb or advice in Ayurved.

So I have bought Himalaya Ashwagandha tablets for my stress and anxiety related issues but I don't know the dosage and nothing is mentioned on the package so please tell me the dosage of the medicine?

I have meningioma in spinal cord since 2002 , surgery 5 time of cord, they clean it and it reoccurred in a year, in 5th surgery it becomes hard to remove for doctors since it is a bening tumor they leave it as it is. now tumor grown in brain doctor said for surgery but lockdown start and tumor keep growing it was 52*33*39 in November 2019 now in june 2020 its 63*45*45 any ayurvedic treatment for tumor to stop growing ?
