I have problem with Cervical spontnites and ibs but I want reduce my belly fat and body weight so what I can do for it please advise me

Respected doctors, Pls clarify my big doubt. Only while using Senna , I can pass easy stool. Is that Senna is very dangerous to use for a life time. It may be dependent to laxative. But what iam asking is , is Senna is really put me in to serious trouble in the future if iam using 500 mg daily?? Pls answer Pls. Thanks

I suffer from antral gastritis with gerd and chronic PE,ED from more than 6 years and from past 2 months I am suffering from cystitis and it's recurring from a year.a doctor had suggested me for Uttar basti but other doctor told chances of infection are more so go for basti.i suffer from ibs- d also now I am confused what to do and in bangalore is there any place where it's affordable and can be done.which should be done to my problem and what's the difference in this both and suitable for me.
