Dear Doctor, As per advice from a relative, I'm consuming hridayasanthi ayurvedic heart tonic for past 4 months(25ml twice a day) for depression and anxiety.Since,I find it a lot better for my anxiety and depression symptoms,I would like to know if there will be any side effects if i consume it lifelong.Your valuable suggestions would be highly helpful.Also please note, before I was taking English meds for one year which also gave this same result.But since this is ayurvedic I assume this is better for longterm consumption.i would like to have your valuable opinion if its alright or not Yours Respectively, Nithin S

I am suffering stress and anxiety last 4 month badly it's affect to do activities in my day to day life. It always feel shortness breathing, chest heaviness and muscle spasm with headache but nothing but it get worsen day to day so I take Bramhi vati 400mg daily 1 tablet & Anxi-QR tablet 1 times but didn't change any position can I increase the doses or taking 2 tablet 2 times a day??  is it safe or harmful my effect ?? Can is it overdose to take 2 times or going for allopathy for cured ??
