Yes u can take ,it will relieve u from constipation,abdominal pain due to gas . No side effects. Take once in three days ,or everyday if pain abdomen,indigestion persists. Take for a week and discontinue. Take one tsf ajwain and boil with a glass of water.reduce to 1/4 and drink once a day till u start purging.,on purging completely when I feel ur stomach is empty and fine u can stop taking .Start again when u have the same complaint.

Kaff & vata prakriti persons can take it  1/4tsf early morning with leukwarm water,if they have pain abdomen or headache or gastric issue.not recommend for pitt prakriti As it is ushn by nature. Not recommend for daily
