I have hyperacidity which affects my sleep... heartburn loose motions when acid increases recently i m facing severe indigestion so medication is going on

Is there any oil for muscle tear in Ayurveda? My mother got grade 1 muscle tear in her right shoulder. Doctor gave IFT and Ultrasound treatment. Looking forward to a faster recovery with the usage of Ayurvedic oils. Please suggest.

I have meningioma in spinal cord since 2002 , surgery 5 time of cord, they clean it and it reoccurred in a year, in 5th surgery it becomes hard to remove for doctors since it is a bening tumor they leave it as it is. now tumor grown in brain doctor said for surgery but lockdown start and tumor keep growing it was 52*33*39 in November 2019 now in june 2020 its 63*45*45 any ayurvedic treatment for tumor to stop growing ?

Dear sir/madam From last 4 days iam suffering from cold and from today iam suffering from itchy throat, I am taking steem 4 times a day, and started salt water gargling. I am drinking tulsi water and ginger-lemon-honey-turmoric kashayam. Should I need to continue the same or consult doctor?
