Hello, My mother has been facing gastric issues for over a year now. She doesn't have any other problems, like BP or Diabetes. We have tried homeopathy, sidha, ayurveda medicines. It has helped a little, but not completely cured. When the gastric issues are too much, she also feels dizzy. Below are the symptoms she had/having over the past year: 1. Extreme gas with abdominal pain. 2. Suffocated feeling due to gas. 3. Abnormal hunger (she has to eat every hour in very small quantities). 4. Dizzy feeling. 5. She has to take Pan D every 3 days, or she suffers from acidity. All these symptoms reduced a little over the time, but never fully recovered. She tried Pancha deepagni choorana 3 months ago, and it seemed to help a little more than the medicines from other doctors. Please let us know if she can continue taking Pancha deepagni for few more months. Thank you.

Which shampoo should i use i have got myself checked with all tests its all good its the shampoo which is causing hairfall scalp n straight hair which one should i use??which shouldnt cause hairfall I even tried reetha amla herbal powders but it doesnt remove oil...

Is ashwagandha addictive?if i stop taking it wil i start to have sleep problems like insomnia and other things?

If i take ashwagandha for 3months and then stop for 1 month and then again restarting it and continue this cycle for long term or forever then will it be good?

Some time I am not able to walk as uric crystals are creating issue at ankle and bottom feet. If I take zyloric then again this get relaxed. But it's repeating every 6 months. Is there any proper treatment in ayurveda.

I am a patient of Hypertension, Diabeties and Bronchal Asthma. For Diabeties I am taking Allopathic medicines. My HbA1C was measured on 11th may as 6.8 and BS fasting was 156. Today I measured BS fasting by my home instument and it was 149. I am taking Diabetex strong ayurvedic medicine also. These days this medicine is not available in the market. Can I take Chandra Prabha bati by Baidyanath or any other medicine in place of this. Kindly advice.
