GERD issue
I am suffering from GERD. I feel better when I am taking PAN d tablets. After completing course and within 2 weeks I see same Gerd issue. My stomach feels bloated. Continuous burps and breathing through mouth will be problematic and due to bloating I feel breath shortness while sleeping. Indontbhave any sort of pain or burning sensation.  When I wake up I feel better.  This can be solved for long time?

Avoid oily &spicy food. Take avipattikarchurn 1tsp bd. Kumaryasav 4tsp with equal quantity of water. Chewing saunf after food will help.

Hello, if you are a non vegetarian kindly avoid it some days. you can take take Kamadudha rasa with Mukta 2-2-2 before food, Madiphala rasayana 10ml thrice a day after food

Ok u take laghusutashekar as one three times a day before food. Amlapittantak yog  one tab afterfood three times a day. Drink enough water and buttermilk everyday.
