Sir I want to how to take ashwagandha powder as I have mild cholesterol I avoid taking milk. Can I mix it in my lunch such as in Dal etc. And which form is better powder or capsules.
And can I take ashwagandha and shilajit together or one at a time. Is it ok to consume Shilajit capsules or it should be taken in liquid form .pantanjali product is good or I should take some other brand. Please advise me
